I don't use vncserver very often, but I just did an update and
I see no /usr/bin/vncserver, but there is a /usr/bin/x0vncserver:

zooty> rpm -q -f /usr/bin/x0vncserver
tigervnc-server-1.11.0-1.fc32.x86_64

No idea what that is about.
