Hi Experts,

I'm using Fedora 32 with MATE Desktop. When I click on a '.flac file in
filemanager
audacity starts. How can I change this? I want the play command to start.
If you are using kde you can change the list of applications that can open various mimetypes by going to "System Settings->Personalization->Applications->File Associations". This has a list of a number of mimetype categories, each containing a list of mimetypes. Its just a matter of going through these lists to find the mimetype relevant to the file you are trying to display and then modifying the list of applications that can work with that mimetype. The application that is listed at the top of the list for the relevant mimetype is the default application to use, you can either add a new application to the list and/or change the order of the applications.
