Run rpm -qa | grep -i kernel\* | less In the resulting list, you will see all installed packages associated with kernel-5.7*, the kernel that you want to remove. dnf will not let you remove a running kernel, so you will have to reboot, hit space or F2 or ... while booting to bring up the grub menu. Then, select the 5.6 kernel you want to run, and boot it.
