You can boot it to the multiuser.target using these directions which should get you to the console: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/19/html/Installation_Guide/s1-grub-targets.html Then upgrade from Fedora 30 to Fedora 31: https://fedoramagazine.org/upgrading-fedora-30-to-fedora-31/ Then upgrade from Fedora 31 to Fedora 32: https://fedoramagazine.org/upgrading-fedora-31-to-fedora-32/ After updating the system if you are encountering issues with Gnome return to the multiuser.target and run: dnf install "GNOME Desktop Environment" Let us know the results.
