It would have been helpful to mention Xfce.  Anyway, you could do...

dnf install schroedinger-cat-backgrounds-extras-xfce

And then point the background tab to the directory

/usr/share/backgrounds/schroedinger-cat/extras

and there will be a group of images to pick from
