I regularly see dnf (with the tracer module enabled) telling me I need
to reboot when there doesn't seem to be any reason to do so. I may have
filed a BZ about it but can't remember (too early :-)

Of course this wasn't on Rawhide, but why are we talking about Rawhide
here anyway?
