Many maintainers were busy before COVID-19 messed with their lives. A bug report (with patches) may be enough to get maintainer's attention. Check bugzilla for outstanding bugs and compare with those on https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo <https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases> .
