don't know !
but, to me it means that you should install debug-info's for the
packages ncurses-libs and readline to get more "debug output" what went
wrong with libc (?) or your programm (?)

Install the associated debuginfo packages for a given package specification.

on an F32 box the command would be:
sudo dnf debuginfo-install ncurses-libs readline
and should work on your F30 (?) box too.
