Thanks, Samuel. Indeed, my computer has separate headphone and
microphone jacks. That is not a laptop, but a desktop computer.

I can use Skype by using my headphones microphone and the computer
speakers to listen to the audio. However, some people comment that my
voice is not so clear on Skype. Is there some way of improving the
audio quality on Skype without buying the recommended splitter?
