Well, first of all, you should probably run

rpm -qa | grep calligra

To see what you have installed.  I can't see how calligra-core would not be one 
of them.

FWIW, when I run the dnf history on my system it shows as the final line.

     1 |                          | 2017-11-05 15:25 | Install        | 1717 >E

meaning it was installed when I installed the system.
