That nonsense is defined in the /etc/profile.d/modules.sh
file which is from the package:

zooty> rpm -q -f /etc/profile.d/modules.sh
environment-modules-4.3.0-1.fc31.x86_64

If you have never used the "module" command and have no idea
why you ever would, then you can safely:

dnf erase environment-modules

Unfortunately in f31, that also takes lots of stuff with it:

I have no idea why things like blender depend on modules junk.
