Just updated FC30->FC31. Now I'm in a soft lockup boot loop. Since I can't boot, no logs.
Just before the lockup: random: crng init done random: 7 urandom warning(s) missed due to ratelimiting then watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 23s! It sits for a while, then reboots. Rinse and repeat. I've tried nomodeset as a kernel parameter. No joy.
