Fedora-30 insists that I use Thunderbird 60.6.1 (64-bit), refuses to dnf downgrade it, so once again I am trying to get it to do some of the things I find most convenient, in this case use 24 hour time instead of AM/PM.

Adding "export LC_TIME=C" to .bashrc m\does not change it. I think there was an °add-On that did it for me in the past but that's one of many that shows not compatible in my Thunderbird. Can anyone tell me how to change this?
