It looks like something went wrong with the change to 4.2.1 so it was rolled back to 4.0.7. However, that requires the epoch to be bumped. The requires for the other packages need to have the epoch added. File a bug on zabbix to let the maintainer know. I've also CCed the person that made that change, so maybe they will get to it first.
