That's one of the tweaks I always do right away, yes. But aren't
there individual things in /usr, /bin, /usr/bin, and other such places?
All user files are in the user's home directory.
Now you could of course also look into /etc/, /var/ and maybe some more
but for me the home folder is sufficient.
