Not really.  Seems the HW is there.  One thing you can try is to create a 
parport.conf in
/etc/modprobe.d containing:


alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
options parport_pc io=0xe010,0xe000 irq=16,auto

Other than that, I'm out of ideas.  :-(
