But I can't seem to find the right command to mount it:

Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs)
The kernel defaults to version 2 now, but if that's an old NAS, it might
still be using version 1. Try:
"mount -t cifs -o vers=1.0 //192.168.1.1/sdb1 /mnt/test"
