You are probably need an older version of drivers rather than 410: 304, 340 or 
390. See https://rpmfusion.org/Howto/NVIDIA#Current_GeForce.2FQuadro.2FTesla or 
https://launchpad.net/~graphics-drivers/+archive/ubuntu/ppa.

Please provide more logs for debugging by:

    sudo dnf install hw-probe
    sudo hw-probe -all -upload
