Pass the option --allowerasing to the download command. That's what I do--always--when upgrading by this method.

Some of the mirrors might not yet be in synchrony.

You could, of course, try it now. But get in the habit of passing the --allowerasing command. Eventually the mirrors will straighten themselves out, and if you have to reinstall a package, you can.
