Do you think people read the footers? If they did, we wouldn't get people sending "unsubscribe" messages to the list. :-) And, if they did, do you think they would glean from that where and how to compile to get that one item? FWIW, I stop reading when I reach the footers of people's messages. I didn't notice the link. I doubt that I'm unique. Even if I did see the link, I'm rather dense and I probably wouldn't have made the connection.
