If you're using the GUI virtual machine manager, just click on the VM
and open it. Click on the lightbulb icon to show the VM configuration.
Go down to the NIC option and click on it. In the window that shows up,
click on the "Network Source" dropdown and select the macvtap item that
corresponds to the host's NIC. In the "Source Mode" dropdown, select
"Bridge". Save the config, then boot up the VM. Once it's booted, log
in and check the IP address via "ip addr show" and verify it's on
192.168.1.0/24 with an IP handed out by your router.
