It seems that the 3.29 versions of gnome-shell won't be available on
f28.  They are available in rawhide (future f29).  You can get them
here:

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=9009

But the fact that they aren't provided for f28 makes me think that
there is some incompatibility for them in f28.  Maybe they need a
library that isn't going to be updated.

There is no later version of gjs available in koji.  There is a bug
open that it is out of date.  You could add a comment to that bug.
