If you did a "dnf whatprovides" on those files you'd lean they were packaged 
with
firefox-60.0.1-6 and thunderbird-52.8.0-1.

I do not know the role they play.  I suppose you could move them out of the way 
and
see if there are any adverse effects.  Their removal may cause subsequent 
problems, 
verification may fail, when those packages are updated.
