I'm using lightdm with plasma

I don't think it's a selinux issue:

# selinuxenabled
# echo $?
0

# cat /etc/selinux/config

SELINUX=permissive
# SELINUXTYPE= can take one of these three values:
# targeted - Targeted processes are protected,
# minimum - Modification of targeted policy. Only selected
processes are protected.
# mls - Multi Level Security protection.
SELINUXTYPE=targeted

I'm well aware. Spare time to run the upgrade, while not interfering
with work is a problem lately.

IAC, I plan to changing the spin-disk from my laptop and replace it
with an SSD I bought, and I'm for sure going to do a clean
installation.
