Check to make sure you're not getting a bad battery charge level
signal. I was having a similar problem with my desktop computer with a
USB based UPS. It had a bad battery for a while and when I changed it
out for a good one, the charge levels are all over the place which at
some point during the night would go low enough to cause a shutdown.
