Hello, I have recently begun to use again gnome session and I have reinstalled nautilus. I see that nautilus depends on tracker and so the reinstall put in tracker and its things
And this morning in my F28 system with SSD disk (I don't imagine on a normal sata based environment) I had to kill tracker-extract and tacker-miner processes because they hogged my cpu for several minutes.. Searching with google I found different info about disabling (or at least calm down) tracker, but they all seem not updated, in the sense that several commands/services are not present in my f28 environment. Any pointer about configuring and/or disabling it? Thanks in advance, Gianluca
