are you missing a "/" on va/ftp.pub on your 4th line on the cat
/etc/exports?

Try a showmount -e 192.168.1.86

this will help determine if the directories are actually exported.
Don't forget to restart the nfs server whenever you do changes on the
/etc/exports.
