It is unfortunate that with the use of mobile phones being used more amd more with their camera apps that Linux Photo managers have not been fully udgraded to download the camera images from smart phones easy, although some do the best thay can, their seems to be a work required to make it a seamless experience when plugging a smart phone in a Linux computer.
