You can fix this issue rather simply on your gmail side. Simply create a filter which "has the words" "list:"users@lists.fedoraproject.org" and then select "Never send it to spam". I happen to also add that the messages skip the inbox and get placed (labeled) as "Fedora". Fixing it on the receiving end is so much easier than trying to get all the senders to take action. -- A motto of mine is: When in doubt, try it out
