Have you checked what was in the last update?  Look in /var/log for the
latest dnf.rpm.log and check which packages were updated.  It is
possible that the wifi driver is incompatible with a new kernel, and
needs a new version. What if you start an older kernel?

Were there any errors indicating why it didn't load?  journalctl -r to
see the latest errors.  There is a force option but I think it is a
very bad idea to use it without knowing why it isn't loading.
