gluster is a distributed file system. I wouldn't expect it to be
installed by default and somehow there's a config file installed without
the user being created.
What is the output of the following two commands?
rpm -qf /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/gluster.conf
rpm -qa | grep gluster
