Addendum: I just remembered that at least the last years I had run that system I didn't update it at all (was impossible - messed up dependencies). So actually these last years there obviously wasn't any need for a reboot ... So please take the quoted previous comment with the necessarily limited value. I *think* tho' (not being sure ...) that the years preceding these mentioned last years I also rarely rebooted ...
