Now it works after F24 boot just fine. But if I unplug the dongle, suspend, then resume, when I plug the dongle in, no /dev/ttyUSB0. :(

How can I go about trouble shooting this. I will get to F26 sometime soon; just not right now. (If that will make and difference, though wonder why)

Before you plug the dongle in, run "sudo journalctl -fa". Then plug it in and see what messages you get.

So I unplugged the dongle. Disconnected it from the jtag then reconnected it then plugged it in and got:

Jul 28 14:43:56 lx120e.htt-consult.com kernel: usb 3-1: new full-speed USB device number 29 using ohci-pci Jul 28 14:43:57 lx120e.htt-consult.com kernel: ohci-pci 0000:00:12.0: frame counter not updating; disabled Jul 28 14:43:57 lx120e.htt-consult.com kernel: ohci-pci 0000:00:12.0: HC died; cleaning up Jul 28 14:44:02 lx120e.htt-consult.com kernel: usb 3-3: USB disconnect, device number 12

And now things are worst. I lost my KVM usb keyboard and mouse and have to reach up and type on the notebook keyboard...

ARGH!
