but also i did this before :
rpm -qa --qf '%{NAME}\n' | xargs sudo dnf mark install
in order not to have unpleasant surprises..
so far seems ok, but i had to clean up some fc24 packages (but this is
development laptop with no servers installed/running and with a lot of
development packages - YMMV)
