the qt5 version update was done in error, it should have stayed at 5.7.1.  
Good thing is since it is only a metapackage, there was no real harm in it.

Both qt5-qtwebengine (and soon qt5-qtwebkit) have updates to newer versions 
mostly to address security issues.
