so.. every box has the same /home/foo/.ssh id_rsa config authorized_keys
I don't know how you are spinning up the VM guests, if you are using kickstart it would be easier to copy the files required during the post installation or copy only the public key and use ansible to automate the remaining files. Just my $0.02
