Oddly, it's not there:

[oliver@localhost ~]$ sudo rpm -qf  /usr/include/llvm/Support/Casting.h
[sudo] password for oliver: 
error: file /usr/include/llvm/Support/Casting.h: No such file or
directory

[oliver@localhost ~]$ pushd /usr/include
/usr/include ~
[oliver@localhost include]$ ls | grep llvm
[oliver@localhost include]$ 
[oliver@localhost include]$ ls | grep Casting
[oliver@localhost include]$
