Depends. Ideally you'd go with nouveau since that's what's supported natively with Fedora, but it may still have issues with your hardware or may not offer some features (e.g. 3D acceleration). I'd suggest booting your system using a live CD (which will use nouveau) and see how it behaves. I'm not 100% sure if that script is integrated into the actual grub.cfg file or if it's actually read early in the boot process to override what grub.cfg does.
