No, it's his choice of software. Kernel developers can't debug
closed-source drivers, so they don't even try. If he uses nouveau,
kernel and Xorg developers can help.

Nevertheless, there's nothing wrong with posting his question here, on a
user list. Maybe he can get confirmation from other users or hints on
how to debug. Or advice to ask on the RPMfusion mailing list or to look
at the nvidia.com fora.
