There appears to be a pretty serious confirmed emacs bug which has been fixed in the release candidate or by rebuilding emacs 25.1 without ralloc.o. See
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1412195 Hopefully 25.1 can be rebuilt as per the bug report and also hoping that 25.2 will be released soon and Fedora can get it.
