Hey guys/gals! Got a test that I'm running. The test has a remote box running an app on a sep box (box2). Box2 has a screen session running so you can access box2 and do a
"screen -r Session1" to access the running output. All of this works as expected. However, when I examine the "top" function in box2 I get the following. As you can see, it shows the screen session running at 99% of CPU!!! So, my question I guess how can I resolve this! The process/app running in the screen is essentially looping through the lines in a file, and doing some processing... For the 1st 2K lines or so the cpu doesn't appear to be doing anything weird.. in fact the cpu data isn't even shown in the top process... Thoughts/comments are welcome..
