Hello! I've an annoying problem with Nautilus (Gnome 2.30)... When it starts in home folder (with "nautilus ~") it become very thoughtful and it closes sufficiently slow. But when it starts in other folder (for example, "nautilus /") - it's really very fast (but... while it is not in my home folder).
