This issue is likely that livecd-creator doesn't understand rpm weak deps (which is how dnf chooses which of those libraries to install). I'd suggest going to livemedia-creator, or if you cannot do that there is a fork of livecd-tools out there thats been ported to python3 and dnf, and it may handle this case. kevin
