Well it looks like that rpm-fusion do not provide a key for fc-25 yet. You can install package that provides the missing key by command ```dnf install /etc/pki/rpm- gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-nonfree-fedora-25```. Of course do not forget to fully upgrade system before system upgrade. Also you can wait until the key and fc25 repository is available for rpmfusion. Or unistall all content originated from rpmfusion, then disable or remove the repository.
