Thanks for help anyway, I checked with lsof - seems it's using the right
library

lsof -p 14263 | grep libcurl
Viber   14263  ksy  mem       REG              253,1    511360 1187380
/usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4.4.0
ls -l /usr/lib64/libcurl.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 Nov  2 20:21 /usr/lib64/libcurl.so ->
libcurl.so.4.4.0

I have checked this forum also but it's regarding Fedora 20, and the
problem appeared to me with the new kernels (like >4.7 or so). I am not
sure which library version I should try. Also, wouldn't it break other apps
if I use it. I have also tried to delete all config and make a complete
reinstall of the app - no luck.
