No, but I know how it was done. The technique was discovered by
accident during the 30's when they were filming a standard crawl, but
the screen with the words on it was tilted, making it look like the
words were receding into the distance. It was fairly common in the old
chapter-a-week serials, but was mostly forgotten until Lucas used it.
