It's picking up the wrong libraries.
Try "rpm -qf /usr/lib64/libglvnd/libGL.so.1" to see if anything owns it. If yes, then remove the owning package, otherwise just remove the directory. Then check in /etc/ld.so.conf.d for any reference to the /usr/lib64/libglvnd directory. Remove the referencing file, then run ldconfig. You should be ok after that.

You had the nvidia proprietary drivers installed? That would explain the breakage.
