i think that you are in UEFI mode and you see the Windows Manager that

My question is what I should add to the boot option in the BIOS in
lieu of the Windoze Boot Manager. Normally, the bios entries for
machines I have previously installed says "Hard Disk" and I never
bother with it much. Any suggestions?
