Hi, it looks like that you have installed some of the packages for two arch. And this packages in the last version have the file conflict. If it is like that, try to uninstall one of this packages for certain arch. If this not the case, please provide additional information.
If you want or have to keep packages with multiple arch, and want to perform dnf upgrade, you can use --exclude option and list there conflicting files (--exclude=gtk2,orc).
