Thanks that seems to have worked, dnf still wasn't listing the F23 
kernels, but I could get the version from another PC.

I ran the following for reference

dnf remove kernel-*-4.5.0-0.rc7.git2.2.fc25
dnf install kernel-*4.4.4-301.fc23.x86_64
